Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Perform administrative activities in support of Program Management. Provide a variety of administrative or support tasks for a program/project. Assist in compiling technical, financial, and other project data using various database programs for inclusion in reports or presentation materials. Assist in making appointments, travel arrangements and meeting arrangements. May participate in special projects as needed.
Perform a variety of difficult to complex activities in support of functional areas such as production operations, engineering, or human resources for a specific project, business or a technical unit
Participate in the development and implementation of projects, work methods and procedures
Recommend changes to improve efficiency
Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
Compile, review and analyze data
Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
May design processes to enhance work flow
Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
This position typically spends 70% of their time supporting the function
Thorough understanding of general job aspects and moderate understanding of the detailed aspects of the job
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of experience
Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed
Must have the ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
Must pay exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage own time effectively, produce work of the highest quality, and meet deadlines consistently
Must be proficient in office procedures and possess good writing and verbal skills
