What’s the Job?
Efficiently manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and streamline payment procedures.
Stay updated on industry best practices related to accounts payables.
Conduct detailed costing analysis to optimize expenses and improve cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data for accurate costing calculations and provide insights.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Work directly with clients, addressing inquiries promptly, identifying service improvement opportunities, and promoting efficiency.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounts payables, costing, and general accounting.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relations effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Analytical mindset and ability to identify process improvements.
Knowledge of industry best practices in accounting and finance.
Proficient in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in an office environment and directly interact with clients.
