  The Pricing Senior Analyst, Air & Water is responsible for executing the pricing strategies of specific product lines within Air and Water (DFS, VRF, Unitary, Commercial AC, and Water Heater). Their primary goal is to successfully execute pricing strategies while ensuring that prices are accurate, and productivity is maximized for the business.

  This role is responsible for price setting, managing pricing architectural integrity, and developing pricing programs with Oracle Advanced pricing and PriceFX. General knowledge of Pricing, Oracle ERP, Problem Solving and Process management is essential for this role to achieve business goals for each product line. Pricing responsibility spans day to day Oracle price setting, Oracle programs and promotion development, change management, Oracle testing, and issue investigation and resolution. Pricing will need to be set and verified in Oracle to support the business price cycle processes, specific customer programs, shows, and promotional programs. This role is detailed oriented, and requires a deep understanding of advanced pricing capabilities, general financial concepts, and pricing processes. This role will need to partner with other pricing teams to become more knowledgeable about the business goals and objectives to ensure that pricing Oracle programs meet their program requirements.

  This role will directly impact Sales and Microenterprise organizations by successfully executing the strategic programs through systematic pricing tools to help meet the unique needs of Air and Water customers. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that pricing strategies requirements are aligned with pricing systematic tools. Influence will include a combination of training of existing pricing programs and processes, and prioritization of requests via change management dashboard. Proactively providing pricing tool solutions to Sales and Microenterprise teams to meet their requirements in the most productive and efficient manner.

  Examples of existing pricing Oracle programs are Price Cycle, Customer Specific, Holiday Promotions, and Price Lists.

  How You'll Create Possibilities

  Partner with Pricing teams to execute pricing programs in Strategic Systems

  Collaborate with pricing teams to clearly define requirements for price setting and programs.

  Work with DT to define systematic functionality and appropriate timelines.

  Support execution of Finished Goods pricing initiatives that also impact overall Air & Water pricing strategies.

  Partner with cross-functional team to improve productivity with automated pricing solutions

  Execute price setting, customer specific programs, and promotions in Oracle and Strategic systems.

  Set Oracle pricing to support business price cycles.

  Create customer specific programs in Oracle Advanced Pricing.

  Create promotions in Oracle Advanced Pricing

  Manage ServiceNow and JIRA process for DT requests.

  Support Pricing strategic systems initiatives (PriceFX).

  Support escalated issue resolution from pricing teams and internal customers.

  Pricing Architectural Strategy and Change Management Processes including the following;

  A&W Pricing Architectural structure, Processes, and Change Management review board.

  Create standardized Oracle pricing programs to increase productivity, decrease complexity and enable quick market execution.

  Analyze price setting and program changes for impact to downstream systems and other pricing programs.

  Consult with DT to evaluate pricing impact for any business CIB changes.

  Define Standard Processes and develop and deliver training.

  Identify or build tools for pricing teams to utilize pricing self-service options.

  Define controls and repeatable and productive processes to monitor and audit pricing in strategic systems.

  Provide training content on CSO pricing attributes and SOPs to decipher final price.

  What You'll Bring to Our Team

  Qualifications/Requirements

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  Minimum 5 years of prior relevant professional experience

  Preferred Characteristics:

  3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Pricing, DT

  3+ years’ experience in Oracle Advanced pricing, Channel Revenue Management, or other Finance Modules.

  Pricing expertise in Air and Water product lines (DFS, VRF, Unitary, PTAC/VTAC, Water Heaters)

  Bachelors’ degree focused on Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Information Science, or Engineering

  Mastery level knowledge in Pricing and Financial acumen

  Ability to solve complex problems/issues that span across the function/business.

  Ability to define project plan and effectively execute tasks.

  General level expertise in working with large data sets with Excel, MS Access, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, or other tools.

  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.

  Excellent ability to work in a cross-functional team.
