Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable Database Administrator to join our team in the manufacturing industry based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. As a Database Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting our IT systems, particularly the M.E.S system. You will be required to apply your skills and experience in Microsoft SQL, as well as your understanding of various development technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those seeking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient support for the M.E.S systems

• Utilize your expertise in Microsoft SQL to bolster our IT systems

• Draw upon your knowledge and experience in Information Systems, preferably within a manufacturing

• Demonstrate proficiency in complex database design and implementations

• Utilize HTML, JavaScript, C# programming skills to enhance our IT systems

• Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail

• Show proficiency with operating debugging Frameworks

• Showcase your experience with shop floor solutions such as PLC’s, databases, supervisor PC’s, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Database Administrator role or similar

• Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server

• Proficiency in MySQL

• Demonstrable skills in Configuration Management

• Strong background in Database Administration

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System is desirable

• Ability to use C Sharp Programming (C#) effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field is preferred
