Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Business Analyst with a specialization in Salesforce to join our team in San Antonio. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring that our Salesforce platform meets the evolving demands of our organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Design and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.

Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration and customization.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and create documentation as needed.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce.

Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder) are a plus.
