  What we're looking for in a Performance Marketing Manager:

  Wilson Electronics is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the scaling and optimization of our paid digital-marketing efforts. This role will analyze and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Paid search, Pmax, YouTube, etc.) Microsoft Ads (Bing search), Facebook and Instagram (paid placements), and test new digital channels, leveraging data-driven insights to drive DTC Channel sales, engagement, and brand lift for the business. In this role, you will scale and optimize our paid digital-marketing efforts, directing agency performance.

  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, with experience in optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and delivering measurable results. This role will lead paid media and collaborate with owned and earned channel leaders over a complex user journey to conversion. You'll thrive in uncovering insights and crafting strategies based on a deep understanding of consumer behavior. The right fit requires someone not only with an aptitude for paid digital and website data but also a strong understanding of consumer behavior.

  A day on the job may include:

  Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple paid and owned digital channels; oversee the full-funnel performance marketing mix.

  Direct media agencies in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, and display advertising.

  Build and maintain performance reporting and analysis across acquisition channels and campaigns; monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per conversion (CPC), cost per view (CPV), and channel attribution to assess campaign effectiveness and overall business impact.

  Use data and cross-channel attribution analytics to test and optimize campaigns, media mix, measure performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

  Work directly with our creative team & agency partners on creative strategy for ads and landing pages including creative briefs, review/feedback, A/B testing strategy, and insights reporting.

  Collaborate with organic social and creative teams turning UGC into paid advertising.

  Co-manage marketing & web analytics measurement platforms; aid in management & framework for proper data capture (e.g., tagging structure, UTM structure, channel settings, custom events, etc.) and partner with appropriate team members to execute.

  Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to proactively apply new knowledge.

  Collaborate with the Senior Director of Consumer Marketing, owned and earned channel leaders, to develop effective customer journey models, and expand weboost.com sales.

  This may be for you if you have:

  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent hands-on agency or brand experience.

  Experience in consumer research and segmentation, and developing creative messaging and strategy documentation.

  4+ years' experience managing paid performance marketing channels with demonstrated results.

  A minimum of 3 years' experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or other paid media platforms.

  Strong proficiency in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on search and paid social.

  Expertise in leveraging analytics platforms to analyze performance and make decisions.

  Experience managing multiple 3rd-party paid media platforms, vendors, and agencies.

  Experience collaborating with and effectively influencing cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and business partners while establishing positive business relationships.

  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with people at all levels of the organization.

  Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition through paid marketing channels, hands-on experience building campaigns from scratch in-platform, managing, and optimizing towards certain KPIs such as CPAs, CPVs, CACs, LTVs, etc.

  Preferred qualifications include:

  Meta Marketing Science or Meta Ads Certification

  Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other ad platform certifications

  Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills

  PowerBI experience, or other data visualization platforms requiring similar skills

  Dark Posting and Whitelisting experience

  Triple Whale, Rockerbox or similar media-mix/incrementality platform experience

  A background check and drug screen is required upon accepting an offer of employment.
