  This role is a part of the Treasury Services team within our Finance group.

  What you'll do

  • Drive and define the Treasury Modernization effort across the Company’s transaction banking set up (account structure, payment process, cash positioning and cash forecasting) with a focus on increasing automation, capturing institutional knowledge and maintaining strong risk management and controls.

  • Lead the RFP process and vendor selection for a new treasury workstation, as well as collaborate with the selected vendor, implementation manager and banking partners to maximize the benefit of the financial investment in systems

  • Lead the day to day management of the treasury services teams, including risk management, trade finance and working capital, while also supporting the global banking team

  • Oversee working capital management, including management of working capital facilities, including the day to day management of the Company’s accounts receivable securitization program and any additional opportunities across payables and inventory solutions

  • Oversee the Company’s letter of credit, guaranty, and surety bond program (“trade finance”)

  • Collaborate with the corporate finance team in bank group management

  • Assist the Asset Management team in liquidity management / investments

  • Lead risk management reporting and analysis efforts

  • Assist in any hedging related activities including strategy, collateral management, settlement and counterparty exposure

  • Assist in the Company’s LIBOR replacement initiative and other ad hoc exercises

  All you'll need for success

  Minimum Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

  5 years experience across treasury and/or banking industries

  5 years of experience in leadership roles

  Preferred Qualifications

  MBASkills, Licenses & Certifications

  Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred

  Experience with Bloomberg preferred

  Demonstrated experience with Treasury Workstations, such as Kyriba, Quantum, GTreasury, or similar

  Strong understanding of banking best practices, specifically around account structure optimization
