　　As a Team Lead, you will specialize in creating solutions. that improve automation and efficiencies across all internal teams. You will drive automation, operational excellence, and support our customer facing applications and infrastructure. This will require creative thinking combined with deep domain expertise. in the areas of Linux systems administration, configuration management, performance tuning, and hardware engineering.

　　As a Senior Linux Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

　　Managing and mentoring a team of talented SRE Linux engineers

　　Defining requirements as part of the product lifecycle to influence the new designs and standards

　　Providing support, leadership and motivation for project teams

　　Collaborating with our support, operations and engineering teams to show direction of troubleshooting and lead deployments and new features

　　Improving our system monitoring and analysis platform to speed error detection and remediation, enhancing performance and reliability

　　Participating in on-call rotations, guiding restoration and repair of service-impacting issues

　　To be successful in this role you will:

　　Have relevant experience and a Bachelor's diploma in Engineering , Computer Science or its equivalent

　　Possess expert level experience in a DevOps, Development, or SysAdmin role working with large scale distributed systems

　　Have a solid experience with Linux, Python/Go, Terraform/Salt, at least to the level of understading complicated distributed systems managed and created in such technologies

　　Have experience with architecting hardware, software, and infrastructure at scale

　　Be able to work in alignment with strategic business initiatives and coordinate the work of other engineers

　　Demonstrate excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills

　　Possess informed opinions on technology and software design to bring to the table
