About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Governance Program Leader to join the HR Governance team. This team is accountable for the strategy, oversight, and execution of enterprise-wide HR Governance Programs and partners closely with HR Control, Risk Management, Legal, Audit, Regulatory Relations, Performance Management, and Compensation. This is a key role leading the enterprise-wide Covered Employee HR Governance program.
You will ensure governance programs are compliant with applicable laws and internal and external requirements, effectively balancing risks and financial rewards in a manner that supports our customers, team members, and the company. This includes providing counsel and guidance regarding current and future needs, understanding regulatory requirements impacting Covered Employee Program, and consulting with enterprise and line of business partners. You will also prepare and facilitate presentations for various governance committees and Sr. Leaders.
A successful candidate will have the ability to take initiative and work independently, full-cycle enterprise program management, experience in facilitating change management processes, ability to provide effective consulting to the business and partners, and a proven ability to work across matrixed teams.
