　　The Role

　　Based in Auckland, we are currently seeking expressions of interest from Senior Facilities Managers and Facilities Leads, interested in a lead role across a small national portfolio of commercial and specialist sites. The role oversees the planning and delivery of all planned and reactive maintenance, vendor management and HSE across the portfolio.

　　Based in Auckland, New Zealand.

　　Preferred start date – Feb / March 2024.

　　A typical day may involve:

　　Overseeing all preventative and reactive maintenance across a national portfolio, including management of any capital projects.

　　Managing contractors and vendor relationships, including all associated work order admin.

　　Developing and maintaining positive client relationships.

　　Communicating with the client regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports.

　　Researching and implementing new processes and technology to improve operational efficiency.

　　Developing and recommending strategic objectives to achieve successful outcomes for the client.

　　Reviewing budgets and other financial / department reports for multiple facilities.

　　Developing EH&S procedures, including emergency action plans, disaster recovery, business continuity, and other related procedures.

　　Carrying out regular periodic inspections for quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

　　Requirements

　　Strong Facilities Manager background and experience managing contractors.

　　Experience managing technical / hard services (HIGHLY PREFERRED) , or at least experienced enough to troubleshoot technical issues.

　　Strong understanding of financials, specifically budget preparation.

　　Excellent stakeholder management and a proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude.

　　Intermediate MS Office skills, and proficiency with work order systems.

　　Drivers' License is required, and ability to travel occasionally within local area.
