Responsibilities Sales Training & Mentorship: Lead on-site training programs for current Senior Living Directors of Sales. Provide coaching and mentorship to optimize performance. Sales Goal Oversight: Actively monitor and hold the sales team accountable for meeting sales objectives. On-Site Support: Travel to various communities to assist the sales team in-person, including conducting prospect follow-up calls and tours. Temporary Sales Coverage: Fill in for vacant on-site sales positions when necessary, handle inquiries, and utilize effective follow-up strategies to secure sales. Team Management: Assist in the supervision of on-site sales staff, reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing. Occupancy & Market Success: Strive to maintain a 95%+ occupancy rate through coordinated efforts in marketing, public relations, and customer service. A strong competitive drive is essential. Consultative Support: Furnish communities with crucial market intelligence and sales consultation to drive occupancy and customer service outcomes. Facility Oversight: Monitor building and operational aspects that affect first impressions, and communicate concerns and improvement suggestions to the Executive Director. Collaborative Placement: Liaise with community nurses, family members, care providers, and social services personnel to ensure the right resident placement and a successful living experience. Data Management & Training: Provide guidance and supervision in the utilization of Hubspot CRM systems, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding residents and prospective residents.
