We’re looking for a Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team! As a Maintenance Specialist with Mosaic, you’ll be responsible for reviewing electronic maintenance requests to prioritize repair needs for each Mosaic owned property to adhere to the safety regulations and requirements. What YOU’LL Do: * Assist in the maintenance and general repair of plumbing, air conditioning, heating, appliances and vehicles. * Assist with maintenance of grounds, including trimming shrubs, mowing lawns and snow removal to ensure grounds are free of hazards. * Repair and maintain homes to keep them in good condition for licensure. * Collaborate with outside contractors for repair and maintenance of electrical and plumbing equipment, carpentry, painting, alarms, fire sprinkler systems and vehicles.
