Responsibilities You will provide responses to both internal and external agencies' data calls and gather required data as necessary when requested to satisfy reporting requirements from these organizations. You will ensure that capital increases and decreases for all Real Property are tracked from both a monetary and a physical aspect. You will ensure that all acquisition/construction costs, new facilities, and those facility repair projects determined to be capital improvements are capitalized and reflected in the Real Property Inventory. You will prepare reports and other documentation as required. You will conduct utilization surveys to determine degree of utilization and take corrective action when appropriate. You will support preparation, amendments, renewals, notices of cancellation, and/or supplemental agreements to leases. You will study appraisal reports, market surveys, tract maps, and other information on file to become thoroughly familiar with property, ownership, and other conditions involved. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing Real Estate activities and maintaining accountability of the Real Property inventory, while providing technical and administrative support for both new and ongoing acquisitions and transactions.
