This role will develop, implement, monitor, and review the EHS Management System, tools, and processes within Measurement Solutions business. The role will also ensure compliance with all safety related legislations.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supports developing, implementing, monitoring & reviewing MSOL EHS Management System, tools, and processes to ensure organization, legal and regulatory compliance to requirements.
Responsible for ensuring EHS policies, objectives, and targets are met; collaborate with all levels locally, regionally, and globally to drive continual improvement.
Identify EHS training needs, develop, organize, track and supervise training effectiveness.
Partner with MSS and Marine Service Operation Leaders to bring AP Safety culture to next level.
Lead, coordinate and participates in internal and external EHS audits. Ensure findings are closed out timely and take the lead in successful renewal of ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications.
Conduct RCA. Ensure all EHS incidents and/or accidents are thoroughly investigated and closed. Experience in 5 Whys, FMEA, Cause & Effect Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis an advantage.
Analyze EHS statistics, prepare reports/ dashboards, make recommendations, and implement effective control measures and procedures to eliminate/reduce the risk of recurrences.
Conduct EHS induction, support Asia Pacific EHS programs roll out and share standard methodologies and lessons learned to all regions.
Close partnership with 3rd parties (customers and contractors/sub-contractors) to ensure safe rules and work procedures are followed, risk assessments are performed for all work or activities that happen within Emerson, vendors or at customers’ premises.
Liaise, coordinate & ensures all EHS-related matters with customers (which includes but not limited to EHS qualifications, trainings, and customers’ EHS rules & regulations…) are met and adhere to.
Keep abreast with AP EHS-related legislations and ensure compliance with the relevant authorities as required.
Share and disseminate relevant information efficiently within the organization to enable continual improvement.
Drive a culture of safety. Promote open incident and hazard reporting among employees and driving timely completion of assigned safety findings of FS employees.
Support all ad-hoc assignments/ responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Act as the safety coach to Field Service organization and close collaboration with global & regional EHS organization to implement MSOL safety programs in the region.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Field Service Safety is preferred.
Good Microsoft office skills, including Power BI.
Good knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental Law & Regulations of Singapore
Determined, results oriented individual with robust process safety management abilities and good time management skills.
Great teammate with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Diploma/Degree in Environmental Management, Occupational Health, and Safety or Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent.
MOM’s registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) would be an advantage.
ISO 14001, 45001 EHS lead auditor experience and certifications are added advantage. Additional ISO 9001 knowledge would be a plus point.
