Robert Half is offering a contract to hire / permanent employment opportunity in the bustling city of Lexington, Kentucky. The role is within the legal industry, and we are in search of a receptionist to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling a variety of responsibilities, ranging from managing client experiences to coordinating events and handling administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Warmly and professionally welcoming clients, visitors, and staff upon their arrival

• Efficiently managing the schedule of the conference room and coordinating with the hospitality staff for setups and cleanups

• Handling incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information or connecting callers to the appropriate team member

• Coordinating logistics for visiting attorneys and clients, including office hoteling and accommodations

• Handling administrative tasks such as processing overnight deliveries, signing for incoming packages, and notifying recipients

• Partnering with vendors and caterers to arrange special events and functions

• Maintaining an organized lobby area with, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors

• Assisting attorneys, staff, and clients with miscellaneous requests and proactively resolving concerns

• Notifying building management of maintenance issues and handling temperature adjustments or other requests

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks and maintaining familiarity with general office procedures.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Demonstrated ability in customer service

• Experience in data entry

• Capability to manage email correspondence

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files
