We are offering a ongoing contract employment opportunity for a Land Use Paralegal in Malvern, Pennsylvania. As a Land Use Paralegal, you will be providing support to attorneys specializing in land use, managing case files, and performing e-filing in both state and federal courts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide paralegal support to land use attorneys

• Handle e-filing procedures in state and federal jurisdictions

• Utilize case management software for efficient tracking and organizing of cases

• Ensure proper utilization of Aderant and Adobe Acrobat in legal procedures

• Manage calendar and schedule for case-related appointments and deadlines

• Perform briefing duties as required

• Handle billing functions related to land use cases

• Administer claims as part of case management duties

• Exhibit strong communication skills in liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals

• Apply knowledge of commercial litigation and civil litigation in case handling

• Utilize the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for land use case management.

Requirements • Proficiency in Aderant software

• Expertise in using Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)

• Experience with Case Management Software

• Ability to use CompuLaw effectively

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Skills in Briefing and presenting case details

• Proven track record in Calendar Management

• Demonstrated knowledge in Claim Administration

• Excellent Communication skills

• Experience in Commercial Litigation

• Knowledge of Civil Litigation practices

• Specialization in Land Use legalities

• Proficiency in e-Filing processes and systems
