Boeing Poland Sp.z o.o. is currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Gdansk, Poland and support Learning, Talent & Development (LT&D) data analytics and HR people analytics.
The position will be located in Gdansk, in Poland office. However, candidates can work from our office or in hybrid mode from home if preferred.
Your expertise in data engineering will play a meaningful role in supporting our Learning analytics and reporting needs, contributing to the success of our HR and LT&D initiatives and operations. As we navigate through ever change Learning landscape, how we can best support the company moving forward as an organization.
Position responsibilities:
Leads multi-functional teams to resolve, define and deploy sophisticated predictive/prescriptive analytic solutions to meet business objectives.
Evaluates business objectives and resolves customer needs. Chooses the best fit methods, defines algorithms, validates and deploys models to achieve business results.
Performs necessary data preparation and enhancements to models.
Performs preferred systems application dependency mapping.
Crafts flexible data visualization (Tableau dashboards).
Supports the maturation of digital operations with digital proficiency.
Digitizes the method and analytics used to build existing reports and metrics (inclusive of identifying the manual and digital movement (Push & Pull) of data. Identify the hardware and software applications used.
Find opportunities for valued digital transformation.
Supports the development of machine learning models to build predictive indicators and support risk analysis and preventive actions.
Manages and maintains IT Systems for affordability & efficiency.
Consults for customers and the business to help understand data and visuals created.

Basic Qualifications (Required skills/experience):
3+ years of experience in ETL (extract-transform-load).
3+ years of experience in Data Science.
Relational SQL and NoSQL databases or similar experience.
3+ years of experience developing reports and insights utilizing reporting/data analytical/business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, Maximo, Cognos.
English proficiency.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience designing, implementing and integrating big data platforms.
Experience with the following tools and technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Nifi, Alteryx.
Experience developing software in a Cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.
