What User Experience Design contributes to Cardinal Health

Commercial Technologies manages the enterprise's portfolio of commercial technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the customer experience. This function creates strategies for the portfolio and innovative solutions based on relationships with business leaders, develops back-end solutions and capabilities, and improves the front-end experience.

User Experience Design creates intuitive digital interfaces that meet business objectives, make it easy for a user and/or customer to accomplish their intended task(s) and deliver a high-level of customer satisfaction when engaging with the company online.

Responsibilities

Define and implement UX strategies that align with product, business, and user goals.

Act as the bridge between UX strategy and operations, ensuring designs are executed in line with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, research, and engineering to drive cohesive UX strategies.

Evaluate the effectiveness of UX strategies and adjust based on user feedback, metrics, and business needs.

Lead initiatives to improve UX workflows, tools, and processes for greater efficiency and alignment

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience, preferred

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

What is expected of you and others at this level

Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects

Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals

Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models

Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope

Projects may have significant and long-term impact

Provides solutions which may set precedent

Independently determines method for completion of new projects

Receives guidance on overall project objectives

Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $155,295

Bonus eligible: Yes
