　　As a Software Development Intern, you will be working to support internal and external customer needs, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams, receive mentorship, and gain insight into our values-driven process. You will join our team of passionate and knowledgeable engineers to help build the systems that power our applications and contribute to continuously improving our engineering practices. Our goal is both to support your growth and development while empowering you for a successful start to your career. This position works with Java and AWS development on backend services.

　　What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities)

　　Work alongside other software engineers to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices for design, coding standards, performance, security, delivery, and maintainability.

　　Work with product management and your team to analyze and decompose complex software requirements into simple user stories for planning and execution.

　　Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.

　　Address technical debt issues identified.
