As a trusted partner, you will work across all sales channels to deliver meaningful and actionable opportunities to ensure Prudential remains the distribution partner of choice. As an FSA, the key objectives will be to provide solutions, manage events, and drive operational success.As a member of this highly collaborative team, you will provide guidance and direction on sales activities, build and maintain relationships, and promote and share best practices. You will have responsibility for a group of sales professionals where you will act as a proactive thought partner to provide logistical and administrative support to ensure these teams have the resources to drive sales goals.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate logistics for meetings and events (in person and virtual) including scheduling, establishing and maintaining vendor relationships, presentation support, reporting, etc.Prepare and disseminate production and activity reports.Ensure sales activities meet corporate and FINRA policies.Manage expenses for sales team including processing vouchers and maintaining budgets.Organize travel and handle calendaring activities.Order office supplies, stationery, marketing materials, and promotional items.Some travel will be requiredQualifications:Does this sound like you? The salary range for this role is from $57,900.00 to $86,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
