　　What you get to do in this role:

　　As a Senior Software Engineer, focused on cloud infrastructure automation, you will have the opportunity to work on ServiceNow Platform and Tools, build solutions using workflows, orchestration and developer tools in Private and Public Multi Cloud infrastructure.

　　You will design and develop automations to support the deployment and management of ServiceNow Platform/Products in our own infrastructure as well as Public CloudsIn addition to tools and automation, you will interact with other members of the infrastructure organization and the ServiceNow development teams.

　　Please Note:

　　“This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards). 　　To be successful in this role you have:

　　4+ years of software development experience with Javascript, preferably in a Cloud Infrastructure environment

　　Advanced JavaScript and Java programming skills along with experience in object-oriented design

　　Solid foundation in distributed systems with proven experience designing and architecting Systems

　　Development of web-based database applications using MySQL or other relational databases

　　Experience integrating software and services using common API techniques (REST, SOAP, XML, etc.)

　　Experience in Cloud Security, Public Key Infrastructure, Encryption technologies is desirable

　　Exposure to Containers, Machine Learning or Big Data will be an advantage

　　Experience working in Public Cloud environments such as Azure, AWS or GCP

　　Excellent technical design, problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies

　　Team player, attention to detail and ability to work well and communicate with others

　　For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $123,300 - $209,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.  Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
