As an SAP OTC Solution Architect at EPAM, you will play a pivotal role in project delivery, leveraging your expertise to analyze business requirements, design and implement comprehensive solutions, and address integration challenges. Your responsibilities extend beyond technical aspects to collaborating with the sales team, coaching project teams, and seamlessly working in mixed client and consultancy environments. 　　Analyze detailed business requirements to establish a clear understanding of project needs

　　Design and implement comprehensive SAP OTC solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives

　　Identify integration issues and devise efficient solutions to ensure project cohesiveness

　　Act as a collaborative partner with the sales team, effectively representing solution offerings to client buyers

　　Develop a coaching strategy to enhance skills within the project team

　　Operate effectively within mixed client and consultancy project teams, fostering a cooperative work environment

　　Proactively conceptualize and communicate complex project proposals, ensuring all stakeholders understand processes

　　Proven record of managing a team of business team members effectively

　　Contribute technical or procedural sections to proposal development

　　Identify and escalate business development opportunities to broaden service offering

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Conceptualizes and communicates proposals effectively, simplifying complex ideas

　　Quick learner with a bright mind, adept at grasping new technologies, propositions, and business areas

　　Outcome-oriented, efficiently balancing effort versus benefit to achieve objectives

　　Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in a specific focus area (Technology, Industry, or LOB)

　　Broad content experience across multiple lines of business and technical appreciation, including key SAP functionality

　　Mobilizes and motivates project teams, organizing and coordinating diverse groups in complex situations

　　Demonstrates delivery excellence within fixed price models, effectively manages teams, and identifies business development opportunities

　　Utilizes basic consulting tools, conducts one-to-one interviews, and contributes to mixed workshop processes

　　Extensive SAP implementation experience within SD module

　　Strong knowledge on configuration /Variant

　　Extensive experience of SAP OTC - with 6 project lifecycles

　　Track history of leadership

　　Strong client facing Consultancy experience

　　Fluent Language skills required
