Job Description The SalesProcess & Readiness Specialist is responsible for integrating thecomponents within Sales Process & Enablement to ensure that they reflectthe overall business goals and to provide a cohesive structure oursellers can use. Reporting to the Sale Enablement Readiness Manager, youwill develop or uses sales measurement models and diagnostic tools tohelp identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity andsales force training needs. May analyze or recommend strategicpriorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectivenesstracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company\'scompetitive advantage in the market. May help develop and/or administernew training programs to fill competency gaps. This role isremote-friendly in the US or Canada. What You Will Do You will organizeprojects, activities, and key performance indicators with stakeholdersof the sales process and enablement teams to link together the variouscomponents into a globally consistent program. You will drive changemanagement and communication to ensure goals are achieved. You willtrack and evaluate the progress of change initiatives with stakeholders,identifying areas for improvement, and implementing correctiveiterations. You will develop efficient, multi-stakeholder processes,with key performance indicators from strategic plan or stakeholderagreement.
