Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the customer relationship to ensure Dana are a preferred partner and aligned with customer strategic direction.Responsible for account profitability and growth against corporate objectives, annual operating plan and long range plan.Make product presentations to purchasing, engineering and marketing groupsRespond to customer requests for pricing, lead-time, and tooling on a timely basiso Populate customer Cost Breakdown forms and cost walksDevelop sales strategy and objectiveso Lead Dana colleagues in Technical Demonstration events at the customer location: planning, coordination and executionForecast customer requirements in support of Dana's Annual Operating PlanDevelop internal customer contacts, serve as voice of customer and Dana facilitiesParticipate in customer meetings (purchasing, engineering, plants, etc.)Travel to Dana and customer locations as needed to support business activitiesWork with program managers to support APQP and PPAP activitiesParticipate in personal, electronic, and / or documented interface with customers and Dana colleaguesParticipate in Value Analysis and Value Engineering ActivitiesEducation and/or Experience:* Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing preferred or may consider equivalent work experience
