Lead a group of dedicated clinical teammembers working collaboratively to positively impact families andcommunities one youth at a time. Position Description: The LeadTherapist will provide weekly clinical supervision to all therapists andinterns on the campus, provide oversight to campus clinicalinterventions. Additional responsibilities include assisting in crisismanagement and supporting day-to-day needs of the campus clinicaldepartment. They will also provide clinical services for students asneeded. This includes individual and family therapy, treatment teamparticipation, paperwork, coordination of student treatment plans, andgroup therapy facilitation. The Lead Therapist works with the campusclinical department to ensure all clinical responsibilities are carriedout in an appropriate and timely manner. Educational Requirements:Master?s degree in Counseling or Social Work, Independent License isRequired Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide individual,group, and family therapy utilizing agency supported, evidence-basedapproaches appropriate to each child.; Participate in diagnostic andhigh-risk assessment process; Provide psychiatric and behavioral crisissupport; Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings; Makehome visits for family work as required; Participate in psychiatricreview and provide information as requested by the doctor; Manage andcommunicate intake & discharge updates for the campus. 2. Attend allscheduled trainings/in services; Maintain/pursue licensure andcontinuing Education Units (CEU) as necessary; Plan and provide trainingto the campus or agency on clinical topics as requested. 3. Participatein Clinical Administration meetings and endeavors; Provide support tocampus administrators around campus clinical issues; Participate incommittees, professional development groups as specified; Assist ininternal program evaluations. 4. Complete all agency required treatmentdocumentation in a timely manner; Provide treatment information tooutside agencies as necessary; Provide enhanced services (placementauthorization, electronic reporting systems, increased case management,etc.) to meet funding/contractual obligations. 5. Provide weeklyclinical supervision of all essential duties & responsibilities forcampus therapists and interns; Facilitate weekly clinical meetings;responsible for supporting and co-facilitating Parent Advisory Groupmeetings when required
