Penn Pallet is currently hiring for 3rd shift pallet repair. Offering a great starting rate of $ 17.25/hour, with weekly production incentive. We let you control your incentive pay, based off your own individual performance. Paid weekly every Friday. Employees are also offered paid holidays, safety recognition program, earned vacation and individual / family insurance benefits after 30 days.

　　A successful employee will be able to assist with the construction of new pallets.  Placing wood stringers into the machine, once pulled into work area employee will lay the top and bottom boards down so that the machine can come back through for nailing.  Employee will be trained in setting up the machine depending on the pallet being assembled.

　　Knowledge & Skills

　　Ability to work as a team and still set a pace that is productive to meet daily production goalsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs while bending, twisting, reaching and stacking during 8 hour shiftAbility to utilize tools such as pneumatic nailer, hammer, crowbar, sawsAbility to access visual the repairs needed on a pallet

　　Willing to work in varied temperatures Education & Experience Experience in wood industry helpful, but not needed.

　　3rd shift hours - Sunday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am.  Paid breaks and lunch period.
