  Représentant du service sur le terrain I

  Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Technicien, services techniques sur la route pour supporter ses clients de la région de Montréal. La personne en poste sera amenée à effectuer des maintenances préventives et des appels de services pour des systèmes robotisés dédiés à la préparation automatisée de piluliers en pharmacie.

  Tâches et responsabilités:

  Se déplacer chez les clients et leur offrir un soutien technique courtois et professionnel.Effectuer les réparations et l'entretien des systèmes robotisés requis, selon les procédures établies.Former et soutenir la clientèle en ce qui a trait à l'entretien et l'utilisation des systèmes robotisés.Procéder à la mise à jour des appareils et des logiciels.Effectuer des visites de suivi, afin de répondre aux besoins de la clientèle.Préparer et rédiger les rapports de service en lien avec les procédures internes.Participer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques départementales de l'entreprise.Toutes autres tâches connexes

  Exigences requises:

  Détenir un DEP ou DEC en génie mécanique/mécanique industrielle/automatisation ou toute autre formation pertinente.Minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience dans un domaine lié à l'automatisation et au service technique.Connaissance du domaine de la pharmacie un atout.Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Office (Access, Word et Excel).Flexibilité pour le travail en rotation (fin de semaine).Bilingue Français et Anglais (lu, parlé, écrit).Doit posséder et conserver un permis de conduire valide, et répondre aux normes de sécurité automobile de BD.Doit être capable de soulever un minimum de 70 lb. Cette position nécessite un nombre considérable de poussées, de tractions, de baisses, de flexions et de levages.Doit pouvoir se déplacer de façon quotidienne sur les sites de nos clients.

  Field Service Representative I

  We are looking for a Field Service Representative I to support our customers in the Montreal area. The incumbent will be required to perform preventive maintenance and service calls for robotized systems dedicated to the automated preparation of pill dispensers in pharmacies.

  Duties and responsibilities:

  Travel to customer sites and provide courteous and professional technical support.Carry out repairs and maintenance on robotic systems as required, according to established procedures.Train and support customers in the maintenance and use of robotic systems.Update equipment and software.Conduct follow-up visits to meet customer needs.Prepare and write service reports in accordance with internal procedures.Participate in the continuous improvement of the company's departmental practices.All other related tasks

  Requirements:

  DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering/industrial mechanics/automation or other relevant training.Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a field related to automation and technical service.Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry an asset.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Word, and Excel).Flexibility for rotational work (weekends).Bilingual English and French (read, write, spoken).Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs. This position requires a considerable amount of pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and lifting.Must be able to travel to our clients' sites daily, overnight, or as needed.
