This role willmanage and direct marketing, operations, and administrative activitiesof the branch for the successful growth of a profitable operation.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Facilitate growth by identifying emerging markets and creatingstrategies to successfully attain new business.

　　- Builds long-term business value by attracting and retaininghigh-quality customers.

　　- Manage key performance indicators to ensure acceptable profit.

　　- Prepares budgets, controls expenditures within the branch, managesworking capital as a percentage of revenue, and actively monitors branchcollection efforts as well as investments in the fleet and other capitalassets and facilities.

　　- Selects and retains high-quality employees by following a disciplinedhiring process and supporting a culture that rewards individual effort,dedication, and the contribution of each worker.

　　- Build positive relationships and cultivate teamwork; actively worktoward the development of employees for future success.

　　- Promotes a culture of employee safety through continuous coaching,motivating, setting clear expectations in line with policy, andmaintaining a proper Recordable Incident Rate.

　　Requirements:

　　- 5 years of industry or related experience preferred

　　- Basic understanding of accounting concepts

　　- Excellent interpersonal Skills

　　- Detail-oriented and strong organizational ability
