Description

We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our client's team as an Intake Specialists. As a key part of the customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for clients, requiring the ability to handle calls professionally and convert them effectively. Law firm experience is not required, however, 0-2 years of experience in a similar environment would be an advantage. The role is located in Century City.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound communications effectively

Ensure to follow the script to engage clients professionally

Have a customer-focused approach to possible issues and work towards a resolution

Continually develop knowledge and skills through training

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Customer service experience in a Sales, Call Center, or similar environment

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn about new systems quickly

A highly motivated individual with a great attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to follow a script promptly and professionally

Fluent in English. Being bilingual is a plus

Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
