Description

Our Client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a qualified and skilled Contract Manager to handle the management and coordination of contracts. The ideal candidate will have a robust professional background and a demonstrated history of managing contracts within a corporate setting.

Responsibilities:

Develop, review, negotiate, and manage complex business contracts covering a range of requirements, including services, goods, and intellectual property rights

Analyze and calculate contract risks to develop strategies and solutions for mitigating those risks

Resolve contract-related issues that emerge during operations

Ensure that the terms and conditions of contracts are fully executed and meet company standards

Collaborate with company executives to assess contract accuracy and monitor the company's compliance with contractual agreements

Provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training to new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a contract management role or a related field

Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to interpret legal documents and language

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
