Our top-tier law firm client is currently seeking a Contract Attorney for a remote opportunity. This position offers an exceptional platform to showcase your expertise, advance your legal career, and ensure our clients' objectives are met with precision and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret various contracts and agreements

Provide advice related to contract terms, legal risks, and business terms of various deals

Assist our legal team in creating strategies to protect our clients’ interests

Address inquiries from clients, company personnel, and suppliers

Ensure all contractual obligations are complied with according to the laws and company policies

Requirements

Must be licensed to practice law in California

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in contract law

Exceptional drafting skills, with a meticulous attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving capabilities and negotiation skills
