Responsibilities:

Handling all stages of labor and employment litigation

Drafting pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and briefs efficiently

Conducting thorough legal research and analysis of specific employment laws

Maintaining client relationships and communicating regular case progress

Representing clients in negotiation processes, settlement discussions, and trials as necessary

Requirements

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California

Minimum of 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in labor/employment law

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills
