Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking an energetic and motivated candidate to help centralize our material receiving process. As the primary liaison between Davis-Ulmer Corporate Support and our branches, the Accounts Payable Admin will ensure that all material receiving is done in an accurate and timely manner. This role will work out of our DU Support Corporate Office while working closely with our branch Warehouse Teams and the Accounts Payable and Procurement/Purchasing departments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Accounts Payable process by collecting and reviewing material packing lists, then accurately enter corresponding purchase orders.
Review and receive sub-contract invoices and work closely with Project Managers to confirm work is completed.
Receive lines in our internal system and return invoice to Accounts Payable for processing.
Work with the Purchasing Agents and external vendors to assist with closing out committed costs on projects.
Assist our branches with annual Inventory Counts, counting for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Warehouse and/or inventory experience preferred.
Understanding of basic Accounts Payable and/or Purchasing terms, purpose, and processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams platform.
Excellent communication skills (primarily via phone, email and Teams)
Strong attention to detail
Self-starter, motivated by goals.
Able to work with a team or individually.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License required.

Starting Pay Rate: $21-23 per hour
