We are looking for a Technical-Commercial Senior Client Executive responsible for the growth plan and accountability for Surety & Construction Line of Business in Central America. Is responsible to develop and lead an active and aggressive pipeline through seeking out prospects, calling on potential clients, conducting in depth needs analysis/risk assessments, developing ideas for meeting their needs, presenting information about our capabilities. Strategically cross-selling products aligned with client's needs and introducing technical specialists, as required, to win and retain the business.
The Role
Implementation of the growth strategy and day to day business development of Surety & Construction lines of businesses across Central America.Work with the RLoBs on the definition of the service proposal for prospect clients.
Collaborate with client service team on identify and win cross-sell opportunities.
Navigate trought WTW network to support and solve BAU requests. Scalate to RLoBs when needed.
Be the primary PoC for new and existing international surety and/or construction accounts flowing into and out Central America.
Participate on internal planning meetings, lead the pipeline for Surety and Construction LoBs and deliver growth efforts.
Develop senior relationship with strategic insurance markets, lead the placement process for the LoBs and be the second pair of eyes from start to end.
Negotiate competitive terms and conditions for clients with high level of service.
Accountability and management of the plan, meeting the KPIs and operational margins for both LoBs.
Participate and take leadership roles in target communities and professional associations.
Develop senior relationship with strategic clients and looking for increase their portfolio with new business opportunities.
The Requirements
Fluent on Spanish & English
+5 of Surety and Construction experience in Central America. International clients' exposure (desirable)
Proven experience working as business developer or similar role.
Track record of successful pipeline development, delivery of effective sales strategies and well known reputation
Ability to work in a client-centric and influential manner according to tight deadlines.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
Effective communication skills.
Strong business acumen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to travel as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools and Power BI
Basic technical knowledge in Surety and Construction insurance.
