The Innovative Quality group is adding to their team! We are currently seeking a QA Project Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the achievement of QA project, communication, and technology objectives.
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
Leading cross-functional projects and developing project timelines.
Identifying and leading project priorities and cross-project dependencies.
Collaborating with functional leads/subject matter experts in driving execution and resolving issues.
Proactively engaging in activities in order to meet schedules and resolve problems.
Identifying skills needed for project management and deploying and maintaining trainings and/or tools required for project leaders.
Helping to establish and maintain materials, policies, and guidelines to support the increased visibility of QA across IOPS.
Measuring the effectiveness of QA processes and tools with the goal of continuously improving to further engage employees.
Developing and managing content by obtaining relevant information through research and/or collaboration with subject matter experts.
Crafting SharePoint site content while maintaining brand consistency and providing daily onsite maintenance of existing sites.
Partnering with the areas we support to identify areas for improvement that have the most impact across IOPS.
Performing other support responsibilities as requested.
Supporting QA project initiatives for a broad range of topics as the Innovative Quality group evolves.

Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and produce high quality results.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other project methodologies, PMP is a plus.
Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, graphic design, and database management is a plus.
Experience working with digital media and formats (e.g., intranet, video, mobile, etc.) is a plus.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree and the following minimum amounts of relevant experience:
Assoc. QA Project Specialist: 0-2 years
QA Project Specialist: 2+ years
Sr. QA Project Specialist: 5+ years
May substitute proven experience for education requirement. Equivalent combination of education & experience may be considered. Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

$58,480.40 - $106,300.00
