What You Will Do:

Deliver high-quality and efficient customer service to clients.

Meet monthly call quality performance targets.

Educate clients about our products and services.

Utilize multiple customer databases effectively.

Provide technical assistance as needed.

Collaborate with team members.

Operate and manage onsite equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in banking customer service.

Proficient computer skills.

Strong administrative abilities.

Familiarity with CRM software.

Previous call center experience.

Excellent customer support skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
