Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Production Supervision department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Winston Salem, NC

Pay Range: $80,000.00 (built in OT brings is to $85-$95k)

Shift: 4/3

What's the Job?

Supervise and lead a team of up to 15 employees, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and plant policies.

Train new employees and develop expertise in machine operations across various production areas.

Manage shift scheduling and provide daily leadership through effective communication and feedback.

Support cross-training initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment.

Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment to ensure product quality and compliance.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's or Technical degree is a plus.

3+ years of manufacturing experience is required, with textile or composite manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to operate a CNC lathe and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Forklift operator license and hazardous material handling certification are required.

Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a Secret Level Security Clearance.
