About Project Manager/Estimator

　　Estimate and manage projects ranging from small, private to larger. Oregon Department of Transportation, Federal Highway, airport, county, and city.

　　*Develop and maintain project schedules (Microsoft Project)}

　　*Manage subcontractors (scheduling and compliance)

　　*Ordering materials (material certs)

　　*Project compliance (standard and special provisions)

　　Job cost (HCSS, Heavy Jobs/Viewpoint Vista)

　　*Pricing and tracking of change orders

　　*Project reporting

　　*Quantity takeoffs

　　*Constructability

　　*Bid unit cost and lump sum projects (HeavyBid/Excel)

　　*Subcontractor Selection

　　*Material costing

　　Support field personnel with timely and sound information to ensure projects reach their full potential.

　　Practice good written and verbal communication with owners, subcontractors, and HDAP team members.

　　Utilize technology to accomplish desired results both in the field and the office on a daily basis.
