　　We are offering a \$5000 sign on bonus for new hires. The bonus ispaid out in \$2500 following completion of 90 days and \$2500 atcompletion of 180 days.*

　　This position is a 6:00pm to 6:00am rotating schedule.

　　POSITION SUMMARY:

　　This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, andrepairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe workenvironment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　The Maintenance Generalist will perform duties such as welding, cutting,electrical repair and troubleshooting, removing, replacement of motorshafts, couplings, pumps, augers, water pipes, valves, lines, andsystems.

　　Must have applied mechanical ability documented in the work historysection of the application or be a graduate of an industrialmaintenance training program.Must be able to read & understand assignments.Must be able to communicate orally & in writing.Basic knowledge of math, able to use various electrical & pneumaticpower tools & equipment.May be required to read drawings & schematics of hydraulic & basicelectrical systems.REQUIREMENTS:

　　1 year industrial maintenance experience and/or industrialmaintenance education combined.Opportunities for advancement commensurate with performance andwillingness to learn both inside and outside of Plant Operations.

　　Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimumrehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times ofemployment.

　　*Rehires are not eligible for sign on bonus.
