Description

　　Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for an interim fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO).As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall financial health and well-being of the organization. The CFO will oversee all finance, accounting, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, tax, contract administration, Information Technology, legal administrative, building maintenance and facilities functions.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Oversee strategic management of the Accounting and Finance functions

　　Manage or oversee the relationship with independent auditors

　　Create ways to improve the integrity of a company's financial information

　　Manage implementations and upgrades for financial systems

　　Manage relationships with investors and investment institutions

　　Oversee accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

　　Identify and manage business risks and insurance requirements

　　Requirements - Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment

　　Superb interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

　　A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior accounting/finance position

　　Solid understanding of accounting software and other computer software

　　CPA designation or MBA highly preferred

　　Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
