Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager- Testing with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

　　Responsibilities:Provide Project Management and Program Test management leadership for multiple tactical and strategic initiativesCommunicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the project health of the deliverablesEnsure execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and costFacilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable deliveryCoordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies with across multiple teamsFacilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverablesProvide input and feedback to Development, Project Management/Business Owners throughout Development processGather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule

　　Requirements: 7+ years of relevant experience with a strong mix of technology delivery and business understandingUnderstanding of QA and development lifecycleWorking experience in Agile environment and understanding of agile development methodologyIntermediate/Expert MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint)JiraSharePoint

　　Desired Skills:PMP Certification Prior Banking or Financial experienceKnowledge of JIRA and Agile (SCRUM and SAFe)

　　Pay Range: $49.86-$57.86
