JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manager, eCommerce B&C - Pest Control - 25522DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manager, eCommerce B&C will play acritical role in SC Johnson\'s efforts to close the Pest Controlpenetration gap in digital commerce sales, and improve category shareagainst our key competitors. This role will be an anchor to a new NAPest Control Business Unit for excellence in brick and click eComportfolio, content, and conversion strategies, in service of increasingsales and profitability through the eCommerce channel. This role willreport into the Director, eCommerce, NA Pest Control. Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities: * Lead Pest eCommerce strategies for key B&Caccounts, in partnership w/ Customer Marketing and Sales. * Partnerclosely with Sales account teams, Product Supply, and Omni teams tooptimize in-stock, content, and conversion strategies on B&C retailplatforms. * Act as point of contact for retail health and executionalpartners to identify retailer product categorization and digital shelfhealth improvement actions. * Partner closely to Media function andMarketing on holistic view of National + Commerce plans to driveconversion marketing agenda for Pest brands. * Be subject matter experton retailer site capabilities and retailer product roadmap to identifyprograms and betas which would serve well PC brand campaigns or events.* Wire closely to Pest Customer Marketing on eCom as a strategicchannel and key event + trade planning on site and in storecoordination. * Work with Pest sales analysis, Sales eCom leads, andConsumer Insights team to ensure shopper behavior unique to each B&Cretailer and eCom shopper is accounted for in both portfolio andmarketing strategies. * Act as consult to Innovation and RD&E Portfolioleads on eCom insights to inform portfolio strategies. * Partnerclosely with finance to organize eCom item level profitability and salesinsights to inform media spend priorities. * Work with Sales eCom leadand Consumer insights team on internal and external measurementresources to analyze results, publish periodic reports and actionrecommendations with Customer Marketing. * Be a strategic resource forSales and Customer Marketing when wiring retailer mediainvestments/plans into annual trade negotiations and agreements. *Identify interdependencies across other NA categories and the Pestbusiness and craft a work plan to complement total business and anyplans already underway. * Work with NA Sales Organization and OmniChannel team to build scale and capitalize on efficiencies and bestpractices. * Work closely with US Omni team on shopper media plans thatare managed closely across categories per retailer. * Help evolve theways of working with Marketing and Customer marketing to ensure ratingsand reviews programs, content optimizations, and overall digital shelfhealth that influences placement on retail sites is actively managed. *Provide thought leadership and keep track of latest trends on the futureof Digital Shelf for NA B&C platforms. * Attend conferences andtraining as required to maintain proficiency. Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies: * 3+ yearsproven success in eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing * Demonstratedunderstanding of key players an concepts in digital commerce. *Ability to leverage multiple data sets in order to generate insightsthat lead to a strategic recommendation. * Ability to conduct analysis,draw conclusions, and drive action based on multiple sources of data. *Experience collaborating with multiple levels of stakeholders andeffectively working with multi-functional teams and externalagency/vendor partners * Ability to quickly adapt into a neworganization with positive and proactive attitude, high energy levelwith comfort in ambiguity and ability to work in self-directedenvironment & high sense of urgency. * Maintain workflow acrossmultiple projects in fast-paced environment. * Passion for digital &eCommerce space, success in CPG eCommerce marketing and/or sales. *Understanding of Pest brands and hazardous material RTM challenges andnuances in eCommerce * Experience with digital content and syndicationplatforms (Salsify, Syndigo, others) preferred * Advanced Degreepreferred.
