We are offering a temp to hire employment opportunity for an Operation Strategy Associate.

Responsibilities:

· Partner with Operations Leadership to understand problems impacting business performance and develop data-driven solutions to improve performance.

· Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement as well as operational strategies to deliver on team KPIs.

· Contribute to the development of an initiative or process-improvement roadmap aligned to overall enterprise objectives.

· Collaborate across the team and cross-functionally to design, implement, and monitor scalable processes and solutions that enable us to deliver against core business objectives.

· Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.

· Navigate multiple competing priorities, while maintaining exceptional work product.

· Develop and implement processes, analyze large amounts of data, and lead workflows to improve operations.

Requirements

· Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formula logic, etc.).

· Strong technical and analytical skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Leadership abilities and the ability to drive change and influence others.

· Bachelor’s Degree required.

· 1-2 years of experience required; experience at a high-growth company is preferred.

· Background in Consulting, Process Improvement, or M A preferred.
