　　Provides direct personal care to residents in all activities of daily living as prescribed by the philosophies, standards, policies and procedures of the facility.

　　Position Requirements:

　　Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Georgia LPN license

　　Education: Vocational/Specialized training, communication skills, HS diploma or equivalent

　　Experience: Previous experience is preferred but not required

　　Special Qualifications: Must demonstrate behavior consistent with St. Mary's code of conduct and reflective of core values
