GCOM and OnCore are looking for candidates to fill the role of Deputy Project Manager to join our team. The position is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the activities of project team membersProvide consulting support and expertise to clients, including the design and delivery of solutionsFacilitate meetings and workshops for a diverse range of audiences (e.g., technical and non-technical stakeholders, executive level, internal team, teaming partners, client)Identify and resolve project issues and risksAssist with maintaining the traceability of design artifacts and monitoring project tasks in Azure DevOpsLearn and execute routine project processes using Azure DevOps and SharePointDevelop and perform quality control on project deliverables and documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher5+ years of experience consulting or industry related experience2+ years of project management support/project coordination experience2+ years SDLC experience supporting the full life cycleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and detail-orientedAdaptable, able to quickly learn project tools and proceduresThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At GCOM, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $95,900 to $158,300.
