Prestage is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Relief Supervisor to join our team. As a leading provider in the pork industry, Prestage is committed to producing top-quality products through responsible and sustainable practices.

　　The Relief Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities and ensuring that all processes are carried out according to company standards and specifications. As relief supervisor, you will need to be able to work in both harvest (hot) and cut floor (cold) environments. Use and analyze analytical data to sustain and improve daily production. You will work closely with the production team, providing support and guidance to maintain productivity, quality, and safety.

　　Requirements

　　High school diploma or knowledge equivalent to

　　Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment

　　Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

　　Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed

　　Basic computer skills

　　Ability to work on both sides of operations (harvest & cut)
