The SAP Implementation Project Team Lead II is responsible forthe project management as it relates to implementation and execution ofSAP for the designated work stream as assigned Subsidiary location. TheTeam Lead will partner with Global Business Process Owner, IT - COE\'sand Subsidiary Stakeholders for desired results. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Responsible project manager for all activities relatedto implementation of SAP for assigned project/subsidiary location.Activities include: Blueprinting Business Impact Analysis RoleMapping/Security access to SAP Training of staff at subsidiary locationTesting of SAP at subsidiary location Transfer of knowledge to SuperUser network at subsidiary location Monitor project throughout projectphases/stage gates, escalate to PMO, GBPO or COE as needed. Coordinatecommunication activities that highlight and publicize plans, goals andresults. Act as SAP Super User within functional area as assignedPerforms other duties as assigned Minimal Qualifications: Bachelor\'sdegree or equivalent experience 4 years\' experience working within anERP system Preferred Qualifications: Experience using SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards or equivalent ERP Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrateddrive and determination to achieve success Good organization skills andtime management Solid quantitative skill set and the ability to analyze,think and communicate with well-supported data Problem solving skills;with direction help frame effective solutions Ability to manage multipleprojects and/or assignments concurrently Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills Work collaboratively across business units andfunctions Ability to quickly learn and understand about the industry,company and products Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to work with a team in a fast paced, high work volumeenvironment with emphasis on maintaining quality and timeliness Physicaldemands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee isregularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objectsor controls.
