Job summary: As Program Support Specialist (PSS), you serveas a key support system and program coach\' to all clients. PSS ensurethe safety and welfare of all and by carrying out assigned task andduties, also ensure a smooth and orderly shift operation. The ProgramSupport Specialist will ensure program compliance based on policy andprocedure plus contract guidelines for a correctional Community BasedResidential Facility (CBRF). We are looking for a reliable individualwith integrity who is capable of good decision making while working withlimited supervision. The Program Support Specialist will monitor 24/7and assist the clients to maintain programming while completing dutiesassigned.
