Title:

　　Patient Care Technician (PCT)

　　Education:

　　High school diploma or GED required.

　　Associates degree or higher preferred.

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum 6 months of experience in a Behavioral Health Care related setting

　　Must be at least 21 years of age.

　　Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.

　　Job responsibilities:

　　Direct patient care as directed and delegated by the Registered Nurse

　　Responsible for ensuring the safety of the unit to which you are assigned and elevating those concerns to the RN

　　Participating in the implementation of that patient care plan
