Description:
Applicants must be focused on detail and possess good communication skills. Individuals must be willing to work safely, and have the ability to work and contribute to a continuous improvement, team environment. They makes commercial aluminum door and window frames.
Applicants must have experience with machine based equipment, saws, punch press and/or milling machines. Individuals must also have the ability to utilize hand and power tools; also must be able to read basic shop drawings, measurements, fractions and decimals. Aluminum product knowledge helps, but is not required.
Must be flexible for 1st and 3rd shifts. Including weekends (the will be scheduled every other weekend). does not let candidate chose what shift they want. They run 12 hour shifts (1st: 6a - 6p & 3rd: 6p-6a). after the interview and based off their work history, they will place them in the department they think they will do best. This dictates the crew they will be assigned to and the shift they will be placed on.
12 hour rotation: 36 hours one week / 48 hours the nextManufacturing and production experience or in a fast pace work environment is a plus. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, even if this is working with basic tools around the house. Candidates with a positive attitude and great attendance will be looked at for the possibility to be hired on after the 6 months.

-Short interviews are being held every Wednesday morning. Resume is required prior to interview.
-Orientation classes are held once a week, if not more!
-It is a Union facility. Contractors will be required to pay dues once a month that are typically around $49
